Integrity and disclaimer
- Who we are
- An independent documentation, business planning, preparation, guidance and coordination service.
- Who we are not
- Not a government body, licensed immigration, law or tax provider, bank, licensed incorporation agent, or an endorsed Startup Estonia entity. We have no official partnerships with e-Residency, Xolo or any authority.
- e-Residency
- e-Residency is a digital identity. It is not citizenship, residence, a visa or a right to travel to or live in Estonia or the EU.
- Separate decisions
- Startup Committee decisions, startup visas, residence permits and permanent residence are distinct processes with distinct decision-makers and possible outcomes.
- Your own identity
- Official applications must use your genuine identity, email and account. You — or an authorised regulated provider where required — submit them.
- Recorded results
- An official result is recorded in our system only by authorised staff, supported by an uploaded client/official document and date.
- Progress percentages
- Progress reflects internal case-work completion, never the likelihood of approval.
- Agents
- Agents may manage a candidate only with explicit, documented consent, which the candidate can review and revoke.
- Data protection
- Identity documents are stored privately with access limited to authorised people on your case. We do not ask for passport or date of birth at signup.
- AI checklists
- AI-generated preparation checklists are drafts for guidance only. They are not legal, tax or immigration advice and never predict an official outcome.
Work permit & employment guidance — legal review
Recruitment and overseas-employment services from Bangladesh may require a government licence. Our work permit guidance is document and process orientation only: we do not supply jobs, act as a recruitment agency, collect recruitment fees or guarantee offers, permits or visas. This service line is flagged for legal review and offered by consultation only. Where licensing is required we refer you to a licensed agency or legal professional. An employer offer, a work permit, a visa, a residence authorisation and actual employment are recorded as separate stages, and any official result is recorded only by authorised staff from an official document and date.
